Be wary of handing out personal information to a car rental company online. Taking care of the business online is convenient and often a great way to save time. Just the same, take time to read the company's privacy policy and beware of handing out personal information such as credit card numbers and bank account numbers to companies that you've never heard of. Be sure you're dealing with a legitimate car rental company before you pay.
